kwiss companion — callback host

This site exists so the kwiss companion apps (iOS & Android) can use an HTTPS redirect URI:

• /callback — the registered OAuth redirect URI, with a human fallback page
• /.well-known/apple-app-site-association — iOS universal-link association
• /.well-known/assetlinks.json — Android App Links association

The apps and the mock Identity Provider live at devanilkn/knauth-companions and devanilkn/knauth.
